Very clean, quiet, food shopping close by. A great place to recover from your flight or to prepare to return home. Comfortable, and clean.

Very clean! What I like about it is that it was very easy access for us, from the parking lot, elevator and the room is right there! I was with my elderly parents they didn’t have to walk far!!!

Complete kitchen utensils and tools/appliances. We appreciated that they provided us condiments as well! We were able to cook our meals with ease and convenience. 🥰

Overall it was good. It could have been excellent if the internet was working. There's no internet in our entire stay. The host was quick to respond about the problem, but I think the problem is the modem.

We had excellent communication with the host. They made sure that we were comfortable and that we didn't encounter issues when we were at the place. The unit was well maintained and very clean. If we are allowed to choose a unit on our next visit, we will definitely request for that same unit.

The place and location are perfect, especially after a long international travel. It’s close to airport, has everything around you you’ll need and it’s a comfortable place to stay no matter what your daily days activities have been. The host is very accessible and accommodating if needed.

We stayed with family and kids also enjoyed the stay. Thanks to the clean and equipped with utensils.

All you need apartment! Big bed, tv with Netflix, nice bathroom and balcony. You have everything you need close by, and if you just want to chill one day they have restaurants down stairs.

I like the hotel pretty good value for the money. It’s spacious and clean I like the bathroom. Perfect place to stay before flying out. Also there is a massage place in the building which is a plus for me.

In our opinion, this is the best place to stay in in Mactan Newtown. We have other condos in the same area and this one is the best. There were no issues with anything. High-speed Internet always worked and the owner was quick to respond. It’s located almost directly across from 711 which was convenient and a shorter walk to the private beach area.

It has beautiful view of the pool, water, and also in watching airplanes landing and taking off. It is right next to Robinson’s making it very convenient for groceries, restaurants and not far from the beach. We enjoyed the beach and saw someone there promoting the island hopping and we had so much fun swimming at the beach and taking the island hopping. Great host and responsive with our needs. I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

It was the best stay. The place is equipped with a washer which is really a plus. The trash bins to diapose of rubbish are very close and clean. I like that it has a clothes line to hang my laundry and air dry them.

The room was neat and so was the cr. The aircon was really cool. There was even a fulton for our son. Tambuli is Tambuli, always great to stay, breakfast was also good. Pool very clean and comfy, not cold neither hot. Beach is awesome.

The property was so elegant, clean, and very comfy. They had all the appliances that we needed.
