Lovely staff and wonderful room.

The location was great, staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the cleaning crew always making sure that everything was good.

Super clean room with renovated bathroom, we really enjoyed our two nights stay and definitely come back to stay if we plan to visit armidale again, highly recommended.

Room was massive. Is right next to restaurants and pubs. On a main road but still quiet. Staff were fantastic helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness & position And the management was perfect

The property appeared to be an older property but had been refurbished to a high standard without compromising the nature of the original property on which it stands and is incorporated into. The restaurant is in keeping with age of the original property and the menu provides a good choice which is well presented and of good quality. Table service was excellent. The accommodation was very good with a table, TWO chairs and a sofa, a wide screen TV and a comfortable bed. It is just a short drive to the centre of Armidale although you could walk if you enjoy walking. Reception was friendly and efficient.

Clean sheets, clean room everything is available for short stays. Mr Zeeshan at the front desk was super helpful and let us stay past our checkout time due to having young kids with us who slept in. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you

Everything was lovely and just what we needed; from the rooms, facilities, pool access and location through to all the staff, the delicious breakfast and the beautiful deer in their enclosure a short stroll up the path near our room. I highly recommend this beautiful, quiet and comfortable hotel. The breakfast room was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views and provided a generous Continental breakfast. Wonderful, thank you 🙏!

We had a wonderful stay at TwoDogFolly. The studio was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was stunning, with plenty of great dog walks right on the doorstep.
