Stylish and clean. Felt so warm. Staff and professional.

The property was really clean and the room was great. All the facilities were exceptional and staff were very welcoming . The morning breakfast was better than I expected and the location of the property is the best, just next to the Brighton rail station, in case you would like to book it for work or travelling around Brighton . Highly recommended.

The Colombian receptionist was super nice and professional (I don’t remember his name but I’m really grateful with the service)

Hotel Pelirocco is a quirky, stylish boutique hotel on Regency Square, a couple of minutes away from the beach. The bar and lounge area is really cosy and cute, with lots of art and music memorabilia. Each room is decorated in a different theme, with lots of lovely design details. Everyone at Pelirocco is warm and friendly, adding to an already wonderful place. And all this for a very reasonable price. Whenever I’m back in Brighton, this is where I’ll be staying!

Good size room. Very clean and comfortable. Good central heating radiator (easy to use and quick to heat up). We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful about any asked question, the service provided was great with daily change of cups and water refills. The room was great (we had the Venitian Room) with a great space to mov and enjoy the place, but also a large balcony with a seaview. The room was tidy and neat, TV services were excellent and the bathroom was great as well. The location was super, basically on the seafront near the pier and a few minutes walk from the tower and the Royal Pavilion, as well as other services such as stores and buses.

This was a really good space! A good price and perfect for my needs. I was visiting a friend for a week but needed my own space where I'd be able to cook and work.  The kitchen was generally equipped with two plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery sets, tin opener, wooden spoon, cheese grater and sharp knife. There was a kettle, fridge with freezer shelf, hob, and combi oven/microwave.  Surfaces were well cleaned and they did a good job on the mirrors, which are often missed.  There was a laundry room (£3.80 wash £2.70 dry). Gym access was included.  There were lifts.  A body towel and hand towel were provided. Staff were very helpful and approachable.
