Tom & Natalie met in the art world working as specialists at a London auction house where their love of heritage and design grew. Natalie then moved to a Mayfair gallery and Tom went into art insurance in the City. They have collected antiques and design pieces to bring a new aesthetic to their beautiful home. Natalie & Tom enjoy travelling and intend to use this experience to make your break special. They have a genuine love of good food and have put this passion into sourcing the best produce for the breakfasts on offer. They always knew that they wanted to balance their work life where they could make people happy and enjoy their home so they moved out of east London with their son Max to embrace the seaside lifestyle. The move coincided with the week the nation went into the first Lockdown & the day that the housing market closed resulting in a four hour wait on the beach waiting for the keys! They then spent the next eighteen months renovating the whole house into the beautiful home it is today which they look forward to sharing with you.

Lansdowne House is a place to recline, exhale and enjoy the comfort of a home. The Regency townhouse has a striking period elegance in a heritage area with an interior designed to let you relax. Guests enter the house into a beautiful Regency hallway with original sweeping staircase and cast iron balustrades. Breakfast can be taken in the garden room with double doors opening out onto the original walled garden, where in the Summer months breakfast can also be served. Situated in a Heritage Conservation area, Lansdowne House is positioned on a wide avenue designed by the architect Charles Busby with Brunswick Square to the east and Palmeira Square to the west. Step outside and you will immediately be hit by the salty sea air from the seafront 3 mins walk at the end of the road.

Hove Lawns, a wide stretch of protected open park land is perfectly placed between the local heritage buildings and the sea. It is a short 15 minute walk along the promenade into Brighton. Alternatively you can enjoy the local independent shops, cafes, wine bars, bakeries and award winning restaurants a short walk from the house.
