Centrally located on Brighton's seafront square, this grade II, luxury boutique hotel has stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi, excellent personal service and a varied breakfast menu. Sea Spray Hotel is contemporary, comfortable and impeccably clean. It is close to Brighton's attractions and Brighton Conference Center. Rooms are individually styled, and have flat-screen TVs with Freeview, mini fridge. Guests can pre-book a relaxing massage in our sister hotel The Charm.

Sea Spray is also a family run hotel, and being family focused we have created a number of lovely family rooms offering families accommodation that sleep up to four people. All offer fridges, for children or babies special food, cots and high chairs. As a premier family hotel, Sea Spray also has a unique family suite with two adjoining rooms, where you can put the little ones to bed in one room and relax and watch TV in the other – a home from home experience!

Late arrivals after 21:00 are only possible by prior arrangement with Sea Spray. Otherwise, guests arriving later than 21:00 will be deemed a no-show.

If you are experiencing a delay and will arrive after 21:00, please inform the hotel that you are delayed and confirm that you still intend to arrive. If your delay is deemed reasonable, the hotel will not consider your reservation a no-show.

A full English breakfast is available for a surcharge of £15.00 per person per day served at our sister hotel - The Charm (20-21 New Steine, two houses away on the same street).
