The hotel was very clean and we were lucky to get a room upgrade! The staff were nice and helpful. There were also many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We were only here for a night but I would definitely stay longer next time!

The harbour views! We got a small corner bedroom on the 19th floor, it was amazing. The room was very small, but very well designed, and comforatable, perfect for a few days. A few minutes walk from the MTR, a couple of great coffee places just around the corner. Right next to the new pathways along the harbour, walked all the way to the ferry station in Central, it was absolutely great!

The view was very nice and the rooms were spacious

our family room was huge, comfortable sheets and beds. very nice breakfast😋😋 near to malls and train station.. had a nice stay in this hotel😊😊😊😊

Great location, accommodating, friendly staff

It was my second stay at this hotel and again it did not disappoint. The location is great, walking distance from the MTR, right next to LKF where you can find lots of bars and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and perfect for a good rest after a day exploring the city. I will be back!!

We were 7 people, and it was comfortable, especially for how tight Hong Kong places can be. The place is central to party areas and fine dining alike. Plus, it's really easy to take public transit from the place to the airport.

I used to live on MacDonnell Road, so I am particularly fond of the neighborhood. Walkable to the supermarket, convenient bus ride to Admiralty and Central, and MTR station. The room is bright and good size. The hotel decor is a little dated, but it's well maintained and very clean. Housekeeping is responsible and detailed throughout my 11, day's stay.

Location is fantastic as right next to subway and surrounded by hidden cafes and restaurants. Staff simply outstanding as they ensured our stay with the baby went smoothly from start to finish.

Booked this location as I needed to stay relatively close to King's Park Rugby Pitches Check in process was seamless even though we arrived past 12am Room was larger than what you would normally get in HK. Worth what you pay for Had hotel breakfast and it was a sumptuous spread. Loads of different options were available and they even had non-dairy options for latte :)

Clean and they have shuttle to go to and from the mall. There is also a 7/11 downstairs.

It was very cozy. Great style I had a good time. The bar was awesome and the people were all super nice.

They upgraded our room to a higher floor and a better room type. The room was with open sight to the sea. Quarry bay is a quiet area and the hotel is close to an MTR exit.

First, the hotel is near the MTR Causeway Bay station exits D and E. Near the bus stops and ding ding trams (Paterson Street). I like the place is cleaned regularly. The staff are nice, especially Sam, who welcomes his guests with a wide smile. He’s so friendly that you will get shy of him.

Very helpful staff. Free room upgrade to a lovely suite. Good location for exploring Kowloon with an MTR close by.
