The first thing which I liked was the moment we reached the hotel the Receptionist Ujala welcomed us with a very warm smile and made us very comfortable. All the staff was very respectful and welcoming. The guard Manoj was also very helpful

I had an amazing stay at Flying Dutchman Hostel in Varanasi. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and located just a short walk from Assi Ghat, making it perfect for exploring the city. The dorms and rooms are well maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the common areas have a great backpacker vibe. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted with local recommendations, boat rides, and places to visit around Varanasi. The atmosphere is social and welcoming, making it easy to meet fellow travelers from different countries. The hostel is peaceful at night, yet close to cafes, ghats, and all the major attractions. The garden area and common spaces create a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. If you are a solo traveler, backpacker, or even a group of friends visiting Varanasi, I highly recommend Flying Dutchman Hostel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Varanasi.

The owner of the property (Prem) is very helpful. He was easily available and gave me indispensable advice on how to navigate in the city. Very comfortable, clean place with a vibrant neighbour. Inexpensive to get all over the city from here. I walked back and forth to the Dash Ghat. Walking is very interesting once you learn to cross the street. Great sit down restaurant close by which is not easily available everywhere.

Owner Deepak Kumar is very responsive and responsible. Excellent service and food. They have provided us with a car at a reasonable price for local sight seeing. We have received a free upgrade of the room at an affordable rate. Very close to the main locality. Smart fans at this price are unbeatable. Many hotels are very manipulative, where they ask to cancel and book with them directly quoting the reason of unavailability. But, DS Residency is very HONEST AND RELIABLE. Special shout out to Mohan who was great in room service. Thanks for making our experience memorable. I really had a good time with the owners pet LEO. He is so friendly. Will surely recommend this hotel. Go for it without any second thoughts.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Shree Radha Homestay. Owner Chandan ji is very polite and helpful, with very good behavior. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and nice experience.

Staff were very good. During Maha Kumbh they met our expectations and did everything we asked for. Cleanliness was good in the premises and rooms. The food quality was good. Overall a nice experience of staying in Taj.

The location, as advertised, is bang on the river. So, in that respect, it is a good location. However, it is very far from the nearest motorable road. You need to walk for at least a kilometre through very narrow lanes to reach there Hence, location is both good and bad
