We stayed in the spacious 1st floor bedroom with ensuite which overlooks Curso Umberto I. So we had only one flight of stairs from the street. The new contemporary design, bathroom fittings and electric outlets made us feel at home. Great location. Perfectly clean and new large bath towels.

Mantua is a gem and this apartment is a gem within it. The apartment is clea and stylish. We rented one room. The common space is shared with another room, but we never saw that guest. I wish we would have stayed another night to take more advantage of the city and these great accomodations.

The location was a short walk from the centre of Mantova, maybe 10-15 minutes distance. The room was good and the bathroom excellent. Our host was Marco (the owners father) and he tried his best with some English to explain what to do and where to go. Pre-stay communications with Roberto were very good, he sorted out at extra bed for us.

All three rooms we occupied were spacious, clean, beautifully renovated, with modern furnishings, comfortable beds and good shower/bathroom. Room was very clean, very comfortable bed, well stocked pantry and roomy bathroom with excellent shower. We could not hear any outside noise. Restaurants a short walk, also a short walk to board the barge for our Girolibero bike trip. Plenty of options for breakfast, snack, including fresh fruit , yogurt and milk as well as good bread, etc.
