United StatesStefano, the host, is immensely kind and helpful. The apartment I had was spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. I stayed only one night, because I was catching an early flight from the nearby Perugia-Assisi airport. But it would have been a pleasure to stay longer. It would be a good “base” for exploring Perugia, Assisi, and many of the interesting nearby Umbrian hill towns. It’s a nice retreat after a day of travel to see nearby spots. Great value.

It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

United StatesThe facilities were excellent. The bed was as comfortable as could be. Few people seem to mention the comfort or the bed and the picture of a apartment reveal nothing, but a bad bed can ruin a vacation. Or host Giovanni was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, all we could wish for! We stayed there for a month and any issues we had we quickly addressed and corrected. I cant say enough about the place and the experience, but the fact that we are going back in a few months speaks for itself.

The location was very beautiful we had a great view and room was very cozy and clean. The contact with the staff was great and felt very pleasant. They made the stay easy and comfortable. The best stay we’ve had while traveling all of Europe. I’m surprised it was as cheap as it was, don’t miss out on this!

I really liked the manners of the staff and the fact that they were present 24/7. The cleanliness was top notch, with a daily change of linen and a daily cleaning of the room. The whole place was spotless. The area is a quiet spot, with easy access to all types of transport, especially buses and trains. The minimetro to the train station and the main bus station are 10 minutes' walk away. The surrounding restaurants and cafe's make it an ideal spot to start off and end the day. An ideal location right in the centre of the historic centre of Perugia. The family running the hotel went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and always helped with the parking of our car. Our room was ample and very clean and quiet. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square and lots of good restaurants.
