The staff was very accommodating and front desk reception was available 24/7. The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the baby cot provided was spacious and comfortable. The anemities (indoor and outdoor pool, Turkish bath, etc) were great. It has a spacious parking lot, and also free parking on the street. They do a beautiful job landscaping the grounds.

Everything was wonderful- and I don't normally say that. Overall, yes, are you in town by the development, sure, but the awesome breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the beds, and easy parking make up for it. (I just parked for free outside the entrance door- unsure if this is just off season luxury or not). The rooms have balconies and I really liked the smooth lava rock they used for it. Also the twin room mattresses were so comfortable. I also really loved the wood closet thing in the room. All the design details and cleanliness was so appreciated, and I wish all hotels were like that. I would gladly be back, wish this exact hotel was available around the usa and world actually. If I'm ever to the Azores again, I plan to use this hotel on any and all flight nights or for any other reasons just to regroup and relax. I wish I had tried their dinner, but I ate in the bar, and the breakfast and both of those were great. The staff was also really nice, and they were so particularly nice. And they spoke English (sorry for my lack of Portuguese). I really have to say I deeply appreciated the management, cleanliness, and design of this hotel, you could just tell from the front desk manager, to the trainee, to the room service/housekeeping, to the breakfast and bar staff. And I will hopefully be back!

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a variety of vegan and otherwise options. The swimming pool and spa were the cherry on the top.

The room was great. Peace and quiet at night. Simple breakfast. Staff excellent. Plenty of parking near the reception. Excellent for the price.

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing. We were treated like family . Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the Breakfast.

Ideally located in the center of Ponta Delgada. The room was big and comfortable,with a large bathroom and a comfortable balcony, although now in winter was not fully utilized. The bed was very comfortable with two big pillows. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Everything about our stay was excellent—great location, clean and modern facilities, and a delicious breakfast. Especially loved the chickens and the bunnies in the banana plantation!

We were the first guests to the accommodation so it was really clean and looked new. The owner was very helpful and stayed in touch with us through the whole stay solving couple of minor issues that occurred (wrong wifi network etc.). The neighborhood was clean with lot of empty parking spots (one large parking lot behind the house) and with two shops nearby. Also it was very quiet and calm

We could prepare a breakfast ourselves. It is great to have a kitchenette. Another plus is location. Center of everything Great neighborhood.

As many others wrote already, this place is exceptional. Lovely hosts, including the dog whose name is "Café". Equipped very well, this lovely renovated house will easily become your home during your stay. We loved it and will go back again, hopefully.

location is perfect if you have a car to explore the island, beautiful garden and vegetation, nice view at the sea from the terrace

First and foremost - Claudia is the best host we have ever met! She was so kind, always smiling and taking care of our needs, sending us a long list of recommendations, really caring from the bottom of her heart ❤️ Then, the accomodation looks so much better in real life than in the pics, it was a really nice experience to collect eggs and feed the chickens and talk to Lara the queen of parrots. We also enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi, and we were even able to use the laundry room free of charge! This is the best place in Sao Miguel we're sure!

This property is a hidden gem! It is a beautiful, modern home that's comfortable and has everything needed to make you feel like you're at home. We cooked a lot and enjoyed the cozy wood burning stove. The host Simao is wonderful - he quickly became a good friend and we got to know him very well. He invited us to a barbeque in his back yard, shared honey from his hives and eggs from his chickens, and took me surfing. Just a short drive to Ponta Delgada, beaches, hot springs, and other points of interest. 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave!

We got an amazing welcome gift apon arrival. The kitchen was well equipted. The bedroom and bed were comfortable.
