The staff were so kind and friendly, despite a little language barrier. The room was very big with an AC, and was very clean. So grateful for a warm shower after getting drenched in the rain. Good location for accessing the harbour and the city. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

The receptionist was very friendly and recommended a local seafood restaurant that was both delicious and affordable. The location was convenient, situated between Ha Long Bay and Bai Chay Water Park.

Location is about as close as you can get to the (nicer part of) beach.
Also far enough from the loud beach clubs so they arent bothering.
Personnel is very friendly. Rooms and the Hotel in general are very clean and cared for nicely.

Location right across the road from Sunworld Park & cable car. Awesome views of Halong Bay and surrounding area. Bed was super comfortable, loved it. Breakfast included in deal was good. Bathtub with views overlooking the water and city views. The staff were fantastic to us, making us feel welcome. We only stayed one night though as on the move to Danang.
