Great location, very nice room, competent staff.

Walking distance from train station to visit Cinque terre. Parking is very convenient, leave you car parked on their garage and ride the train to all Cinque terre. Nearby restaurants and bars . Self check in was a breeze and detail instructions on how to access the room were excellent. Room was renovated , everything very modern.

The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Facilities were very nice and clean.

The place had very friendly, accommodating, and communicative staff. I had an unfortunate injury while hiking in Corsica, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, and there is common space as well. The location is also perfectly situated between the train station and port. It’s also any easy walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here in Genoa! The price was very reasonable as well!

Perfect location for a base to cinque terre, perfect place, and excellent hosts.

The unit was spotless and very modern and spacious. We felt very safe as two young girls traveling. The host was very responsive and hospitable - we had everything we needed and were really appreciative of the two water bottles provided in the fridge. Only a 7 minute walk to the train station.

Wow, we didn't expect such a nice stay! The room was perfect and the surroundings so beautiful! Perfect to relax and visit with family! Breakfast us great as well
