Cinque Terre Gateway is a modern and recently renovated property, ideal for those who wish to visit the Cinque Terre while staying in a strategic location, just a few steps from La Spezia Centrale train station.

Cinque Terre Gateway is a non-hotel accommodation facility, duly authorized and operating in full compliance with the applicable Italian regulations concerning tourism, public security, and guest registration, classified as a “Affittacamere” pursuant to Liguria Regional Law no. 1 of 06/02/24 (“Consolidated Act on tourist accommodation facilities and short-term rentals”) and the relevant implementing provisions in force. To ensure maximum flexibility, the property offers a self check-in system that allows guests to access the accommodation independently at any time. The procedure is carried out in full compliance with current public security regulations and guest registration requirements with the relevant authorities. There is no on-site staff, but our team is always available remotely to provide assistance and support throughout your stay. The breakfast included in “breakfast included” rates consists exclusively of a classic Italian breakfast, as clearly stated during the booking process and in the property description. Breakfast is served at the café located in the square at the foot of the building, which is partnered with the property. Any additional items or services are not included in the rate and may be requested at an extra cost. A more extensive Deluxe breakfast option is available for an additional fee. Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing the bed with their parents.

The facility has some private parking slots. Availability is limited and must be requested and confirmed at the reservation (in advance). The parking fee varies according to the season. Additional parking options are: -Private parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable. -Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable. Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing the bed with their parents. The Parking service and the luggage storage service, where available, is entrusted to an external company not affiliated with the property and may be subject to a fee. The management, terms, and any applicable costs of the service are determined directly by the external provider. The property shall not be held liable for any damages to property or persons, nor for any loss or theft occurring in connection with these services; any claims must be addressed directly to the external service provider.
