Our stay had exceeded every bit of our expectations. The hosts were attentive, thorough, accomodating and some of the kindest people I have ever met. They were even happy to drive us into town for groceries and to make sure we got to our train on time in the morning. This is one of the most unforgettable experiences I have ever had, and even though I live out of the country, I plan on making a trip into the UK solely to enjoy The Shire again. My coworkers and I will be talking about this place for many years to come, and we hope to be back in the area as soon as possible.

Nice and cosy place to spend some quality time. Few animals and loads of field to walk around. The dog loves fetching the stick :)) I would highly recommend!!

Amazing magical place. Loved the fire pit and hot tub, not felt so relaxed for a long time! There is sauna too. Garden felt secluded and very peaceful, views are amazing.

This property has so much to offer in the way of comfort with a two sofas comfortable cosy bed , just gorgeous throughout. The owner really has thought of everything. She has supplied tea coffee sugar ect. Everything you can think of that you may need she also has supplied . Blankets for sofas trays to eat of , fans if to warm , iron , beach chairs sleeping bags for kids games and toys for children. Dining table in and out side and everything you need.
