This place is a gem. For what their price is you are treated like royalty her. Heated pool. Private bar & scrum my breakfast It's a deal for a class experience & great attention to detail. Loveliest of hosts who are true hosts.

location is fantastic, right on the sea front and the facilities outstanding. Having your own parking space is a must in the area as parking is scarce

Great caravan, spotlessly clean, perfect location in the park and really liked the layout of the twins rooms which was much more comfortable for the kids than other units we've stayed in.

Really large and spacious. Had everything you could need. Park facilities were great and the location was great. The free welcome hamper was a really nice touch.

Check in was very smooth and the property was very clean and the common kitchen area was also very neat and clean.

In a quiet road, 25 minute walk into central Torquay. Spotlessly clean. Hosts very welcoming. Lots of extras which was helpful for a one night stay. It was extremely hot, so the ceiling fan was amazing.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was just as good. The host deb was brilliant and couldn't do enough for you whilst you were there. Highly recommend and definitely will be back again soon.

Clean, comfortable, really friendly and approachable staff. The cake and jelly beans were such nice little touches. We wouldn't fault anything, keep up the amazing work you do! Side note - the full English was one of the best I've ever had and I will be talking about it for a while yet!!

The Breakfast was excellent, very tasty and 1st class.. The Lodge was excellent, slept very well and everything that you would need was there.. Fan, fridge, iron, hair dryer etc.. The little surprises of sweeties, YOU must try the homemade fudge, rocky road bites, marmalade and the cake very tasty 😋. Debbie and Rich the hosts, absolutely wonderful rooms and garden.

Friendly greeting and shown around shared spaces. Room very clean bed comfortable. We had a large balcony which was a treat and breakfast was a full English with pot of tea, orange juice and cereal. Room was warm with all you need.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. With a clean comfortable room. The location was great with just a couple of minutes walk to the green and sea front. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and we honestly didn't want for anything. There were lots of lovely touches from milk in the fridge in our room to a little box of sweets for our trip home. We will definitely stay again.

Sparkling clean, carpet, toilet the whole thing is just perfect The host were amazing, very helpful always checking . We really had a lovely stayed Peter And Jerry, are great great host. We will definitely come back and it was highly recommended . Cheers! Guys!
