Service was excellent. I showed up exhausted after a 30 hour journey and I completely missed the sign that indicated check-in was over an hour away. Despite this the proprietor interupted his lunch and graciously accommodated me. I stayed in the annex.. The room was a good size and I was happy with the size of the bathroom. Everything was very clean. They also had a good spread for breakfast and prepared your eggs to your liking. I would highly recommend it.

Incredible location, staff, facilities, and restaurant. The staff was so kind and warm. The sauna facilities were magnificent and private access to the lake was worth the entire trip! They even gave us a gift of salt when we checked out.

After warming up well in the sauna, it's worth taking a quick dip in the icy waters of Lake St. Wolfgang, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. We loved the hotel’s unique style. It’s not just a place to stay but an experience we’ll always remember and want to return to.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We were so surprised that it was located in the center of the village. Live music every night- local music and cultural dance. how tall was Old world charm. Every staff member was pleasant and courteous and attentive to detail. Especially pleasant and friendly was the breakfast hostess, homemade wonderful cappuccino’s daily! Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is.

One of the best hotel i've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Room was clean, suspicous and warm while it was snowing outside with everything we need. View was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing with the best view around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I usually don't review hotels but this one was very special. Thank you!

This hotel is amazing and so beautiful with excellent spa through underground tunnel. The lake access is beautiful, I could stay there forever. The restaurant is also delicious!

I had an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was especially amazing. Definitely I will come back again.

The location was incredible. Cannot be beaten. The staff treated us like family the entire time. The room was great. The smell of crisp mountain air in the mornings. We felt so lucky for picking a random hotel in a random town in Austria and to have an amazing experience like this. The nearby town is beautiful. The lake is beautiful. The mountains are accessible and incredible! Wow. Cannot state this enough. Absolutely wow. They even have a little beach area to relax at. This was the best experience of our lives.

The location is great and all staff members were friendly. Spa is great and so is the breakfast.
