I was extremely comfortable and very old world when you got inside- we would definitely stay here again! The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good! The staff was lovely, and the property is located just steps from a bus line that takes you directly into the old town! It was a perfect place to be away from the noise and bustle of the Christmas market, but still be able to get there quickly and easily! We really loved the Christmas decorations- they made coming back to the hotel so sweet!

Great location, just few min walk from main train and bus station. The rooms have all basic amenities like fan for summer, towels, body wash etc. The breakfast spread was lavish and tasty.

I enjoyed a comfortable room with a vast bed, warm shower, delicious breakfast, and cozy spa with fitness and sauna facilities. I appreciated the exquisite linens, towels, and toiletries. The location is excellent, with walking distance to the city center and various dining options. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always greet you with a smile. I would love to stay there again.

Location was great, it couldn't be any better. It is located directly in the old town, we didn't need to use any public transport while we were staying there. Also we didn't really walk more than 15 minutes for the attractions we wanna see. Room was exceptionally beautiful and clean. They upgraded our room to the superior one, it was perfect. It has a little balcony with a great river and mountain view. Sitting there and enjoying your coffee was a real miracle. We only stayed there two days: it was snowy and sunny, a perfect combination. Decoration of the room was really good. Nice combination of the old and modern style. Hope to go back there!

It was very clean and elegant and had all one could ask from a good hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Reasonably priced parking. Special thanks to Ewlina from the restaurant .. gem of a person and very kind. Also, Fin and Elizabeth at the reception are very helpful and accommodating! Keep it up.

This is one of the loveliest hotels in which I have ever stayed. Even though it sits next to a busy road, the hotel feels like one is out in the countryside with beautiful gardens, flowers, and the very style of the building and grounds. The interiors are beautifully and tastefully decorated with antiques and art work. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with fresh offerings. The dinners were very good and relaxing sitting at the white table clothed tables in the garden. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Bus to town is 5 minuets away. Great experience.

The people were very nice. I had to have a meeting after I checked out and they let me stay inside the hotel to finish my work. The interior of the hotel was very nice and it also had a very beautiful garden.
