Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and made us feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel and even small things like the soap were better than in most other hotels. The location is also good since it's walking distance from the St. Margrethen train station in Switzerland and there is a bus stop right outside for going to Bregenz.

This is an amazing place, which we found accidentially (no free beds in Bregenz in our desired category). We found a gem! A modern hotel with all amenities, next to the Lake Constnce (Bodensee). We were welcomed by an exceptional friendly young staff member (don't remember her name unfortunately) who explained us everything and provided great advise for restaurants nearby. The hotel is two minutes from the lake (free entry) and it has everything you expect from a 4 star hotel. Modern, cool room decor, and an amazing (5 star!) breakfast. - We really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly service, nice clean room, great value for money

The location is really great if you want to really get a feel for Hard. Very close to a couple of grocery stores and bakeries. Also, very easy walk to get to the lake and pleasant restaurants. We booked two different rooms for our stay. The air conditioning in the single room was very good, but unfortunately there wasn't any in the other rooms. The check in process was very simple and the communication with the "front desk" was very easy.

I had an issue and Mgmt took care of it immediately. Thank you!
