Have driven past & admired plenty times in past , It always looks well cared for & stands out. I had a delivery to do from Perth to Bundaberg & rang & booked yesterday. I was late arrival they left key & I was very impressed in room & care & condition & great bed , it is a credit to them

Súper clean, comfortable, excellent staff super accommodating. Sometimes accommodation on main roads in small towns can be scary. But here was an amazing resting spot. They even offer local wine, which is pretty good to my surprise.

Loved the fact that nature was all around us, wallabies,...

Loved the fact that nature was all around us, wallabies, native birds and Entry was clearly visable and B&B sign displayed. There are 2 eateries one pub and one Canadien restaurant which we visited and were very impressed with the food and would highly recommend. Childers is 7km away and a nice town and famous for fruit farms and pickers. There is also a bird park nearby.

I stayed here to break up a 12 hour drive home.

I stayed here to break up a 12 hour drive home. We often stop for food and coffee in Childers but Apple Tree was a cute spot to stay overnight. Nice and peaceful, stretch your legs with a walk around the fields, one restaurant in Apple Tree or only 5 minutes to Childers, and quick to get back on the highway.
