This place was absolutely incredible! It was the best one- or two-night stay we’ve ever had. It’s just a short walk from town, and it has this tiny, private garden, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting area. Everything is so stylish and modern. Wish we had stayed longer.

Incredible two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation, absolutely beautiful, well appointed, cozy in the winter and we took the short cut to the restaurants, shopping and bars via the secure back entry. So close to the beachfront where we walked every morning. We loved Eucalypt and will definitely be coming back.

We loved so many things about our stay at Royal-Tee Retreat. Firstly, the convenient location to the centre of Dunsborough and local wineries and breweries. The property was easy to find and check in was simple. The house was immaculate and fit our family of 6 adults, and 2 children comfortably. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and the ambience of the property encouraged a relaxing stay. We especially liked the bikes and scooters for use in the garage. Having 2 televisions was also handy with such a big group. Thank you, Lara, we loved and valued our stay!

This B&B has to be seen to be believed. It has everything you require and more. Beautifully maintained and managed and well stocked with breakfast goodies. It is compact, comprising of 2 rooms; A Bedroom and Kitchen with a separate bathroom, toilet and shower. On our visit everything seemed brand new, decor included. Adults couples only and has one very large super king bed. Located on the top of a hill, the bird life and Kangaroo's abound and it's in a very quiet location. If your early risers like us an early morning walk with a reward of a magnificent Sunrise, it is a site to behold. Eagle Bay Beach at the end of the Drive is a lovely walk and quiet, but you better be fit for the climb back up the hill :-) The unit is attached to the main house, however Teena and Lee your hosts are very respectful of your privacy; we only saw them twice over our 2 night stay, once on arrival and once on departure. We would stay again without hesitation.

The property is in very good condition. It is located in a very quiet area. It takes a short ride to reach local places of interest like the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse or Ngilgi Cave. The owners are very friendly. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed.

A note , first, is that we did not encounter any staff. The key was waiting for us and the house organized for our stay. We liked it very much and it fit all our needs. The price was high , though , and unless one is with a relatively large family ( including children ) it ends up VERY expensive. We booked it simply because any alternative would have taken us away from where we were and would have cost us in time,

Dunsborough is a charming country town on the edge of...

Dunsborough is a charming country town on the edge of Geographe Bay. The area is one of outstanding natural beauty. Close enough to drive to Margs, Cowaramup, Gracetown and Augusta very easily. There is a lot to see and do and some wonderful places to eat. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There are various accomodation types, literally from beach shack to uber luxury. Everyone should visit at lest once

Dunsborough is one of our absolute favourite places for a quick get away. It has the perfect mix of relaxed coastal vibes, beautiful nature, and great food. There’s so much to do — stunning beaches, coastal walks, wineries, and plenty of nearby spots to explore — all within easy reach. The town itself has a great feel, with friendly people and a laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Every visit is just as good as the last. We love it here and will keep coming back.

Dunsborough as a town holds no attraction - its busy lacks parking and is a nightmare to navigate. However it has super markets for those self catering. The restaurants are over priced for what they offer

We booked late so did not have much

We booked late so did not have much choice of accommodation. However DunBay apartment had all that we needed. Fairly quiet for a busy town location. Close to everything, morning walks to the beach, cafes close by and shops if you needed them. Very comfortable apartment.

Place was clean and roomy great to have toilet separate to bathroom. The biggest problem we had was the check in time which we felt was stereo typed and didn't want to be flexible. We did eventually get in earlier after several phone calls and a face-to-face at reception.

Great shopping area. Great varieties of restaurants. Easy to get around town. Lots to do around the area, wineries, chocolate factory, distilleries, and breweries. Easy to tour around to other towns etc.
