The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, with a comfortable lounge, smart TV and split-system air conditioning creating a welcoming retreat after a day by the coast. The well-equipped kitchen features generous bench space and modern appliances, including an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to an evening meal. Savour meals in the light-filled dining area or step outside to the covered patio, where comfortable seating, a BBQ and a nearby fire pit create an inviting setting to dine alfresco and enjoy the fresh coastal air from morning through to evening. The home offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms across both levels. The primary bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and features a king bed, TV, split-system air conditioning and a private ensuite. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a double bed and split-system air conditioning. Positioned between the upstairs bedrooms, a cosy sitting area with a TV creates a separate space for movie nights, reading or quiet downtime away from the main living area. A second bathroom on the ground floor also includes a laundry area, adding extra convenience for longer stays. Generous off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles. Dunsborough's beaches, cafés, boutique shopping and local attractions are all within easy walking distance. Other things to note Our fire pits are available from May to October only. A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety r reasons and in compliance with local regulations.
