Janelle was very pleasant and welcoming at reception and helped ensure room choice met our requirements. Room was very spacious, comfortable with armchairs and coffee table. The king bed was very comfortable, but we would have liked a choice for a slightly higher pillow - the pillows were ok, but a little thinner for our liking. Coffee and tea facilities were standard with tea bags, hot chocolate and moccona coffee sachets, but would have preferred coffee bags or pod coffee - but again that’s a personal; preference not a great criticism. Shower and bathroom was great. Springs is close to shops (supermarkets, cafes and Maccas is right behind the Motel) and the Mittagong RSL is right on site for breakfasts and dinners etc, so great location. Overall a great experience above expectations

The room was exceptional. The food was excellent. Parking behind hotel was easy. We had a medical incident while out walking band the head staff person was amazing with the assistance he gave us.

Was an easy check in and comfy bed to snuggle into. There was yummy coffee around the corner at Double J to enjoy the morning after. I enjoyed the stay and following morning.

Great location, clean, comfortable and well-sized room (with tub). Staff were lovely and there was very little traffic noise despite having a room facing a main road. Very good value.

Poplars Inn Mittagong is set on a spacious 3-acre land, a 10-minute drive from Bradman Museum.
