Absolutely everything! It smelled wonderful when you walked in, everything was immaculate! The beds were comfy. They provided towels and nice, locally-made goat’s milk soap. You could hear the ocean from the front porch. I couldn’t love this place more!

Overlooking Burnett River, Riverside Hotel features free on-site parking, just 5 minutes’ drive from the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery. Air conditioning is standard in all rooms.

The location is perfect. We stayed in a studio unit which was modern and clean. There were nice touches such as body lotion and biscuits with the various teas, coffee and hot chocolate - these no longer seem standard in other places these days. Turtle well-being is paramount which is to be commended. We need to protect such a natural wonder and Turtle Sands takes this responsibility seriously which is great. The complimentary yoga sessions were great too

An amazing stay at a spectacular location. Host was incredible, so friendly and made my stay there very easy. Was only there for one night but would recommend the place to everyone! An amazing experience waking up to kangaroos by the door. 😊

Exceptionally clean, well-provisioned with small appliances essential to travelling for work. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Parking at room door is an 'old-fashioned motel' bonus without the property being antiquated at all - in fact it was modern, private, quiet and comfortable. Everything you need for a secure and comfortable overnighter at a reasonable price. Restaurant breakfast (and entire menu) was contemporary and delicious.
