It is interesting to visit the old gold mine site, good graphic display of history. New burger joint opened on main street, great food If travelling during warmer months there is a community pool, basic golf course,

Dated motel but it is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and gives patrons all they could wish for. Bathroom facilities are good and bedding is excellent with really good quality mattress. Breakfast was enjoyable and we will continue to stay at this motel whenever we travel to visit our family in Qld.

It was a good stopover for our trip from Qld back to Melb.

It was a good stopover for our trip from Qld back to Melb. We only stayed the night to rest up for the next day. The Town is struggling but we enjoyed walking around and particularly liked the Park and the map showing all the species of trees.

obviously the Manager and her staff care when even the pool and garden are so well maintained. Supurb for anyone, You could even order an evening meal and while we did not as we were tired we regretted that.

It was a fabulous small motel. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. The room was older but clean. We had our small dog with us. My daughter went for a swim to cool off from the long road trip. The kids room was 3 single beds in one room with a slider and main bed and bathroom in main room as you enter. Aircon in both! We went to the local pub for pizza. It was a small country pub, character and again the staff were very friendly and the pizza was fantastic!! We will be staying here again! Loved Peak Hill

I have travelled the world over many years and therefore feel qualified to rate accommodation. There are few hotels/motels that bring a smile to your face on entry. This is one of them.
