The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. There was a nicely equipped store right across the street It was far enough off of the road to be quiet. The owners were very nice and helped us with all of our questions. Also, fresh bananas for the taking... Mmmm

The location was amazing! Right in the beautiful beach! The room was great. Clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant and coffee shop were perfect. The pizza is a must!

My husband and I feel so grateful for our recent two-night, adults-only getaway at the beautiful Prana Maya Island Resort in Placencia, Belize. Everything! It is a beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. The Staff is amazing!! Always with a smile, super friendly, and made sure we were always comfortable.

Transfer out with Douglass was great approx 45 min. Island comes into view, an oasis. Greeted with a welcome drink as soon as your feet hit the sand. Bags whisked away to our room, felt like our vacation started immediately. The staff, KK, our chef, every meal prepared to your tastes, delicious., on top of it she is a sweetheart. John, the glue of the island always there for any and everything. Such a treat to learn a little about everyone family etc. Lloyd, kind and respectful. Caught fresh lobster one day snorkeling, he kept the grounds clean daily and made us a romantic campfire the last evening. Always present and helpful. Thank you one and all for an incredible stay on Ranguana Caye. Merry Christmas

Staff was amazing ready at any moment to respond to questions and requests. Beautiful location right on the beach, grounds were immaculate. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Appreciated the complimentary bikes kayaks and paddle boards.

It was great having a very good restaurant on the site open for all meals.

We loved the beachfront location and it was easy to walk to restaurants, stores, and tour operators. While the property had bikes available, we didn't need to use them. Also, no need to rent a car and if you do rent a car, note that there isn't parking at the property, you will still have to walk from parking. We flew Tropic Air from Belize City and it was worth it. Plus, the property offers free pick up and drop off at the Placencia airport. This is a small, family owned and operated property. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. With only 5 units available, it was quiet with a laid back feel and you never feel crowded. The beach was well maintained and beautiful. There were lounge chairs, tables, kayaks and paddle boards to use at no cost. They also provide beach towels, so no need to pack them. Our unit was on the second floor, which was named Namaste. It had a full kitchen and 2 full baths, which was more than the 2 of us needed but was nice to have. We had a large balcony with 4 chairs, 2 foot rests and 2 hammocks. We loved napping in the hammocks. The team offers breakfast daily on the rooftop terrace. While it is pretty simple, it is a nice offering to get your day started. If you have an early outing or it is raining, they will bring breakfast to your room. Overall, we felt it was a great location and experience for the price. We would definitely visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Coco's Beachfront Cabanas! The cabin was perfect—right on the beach, super clean, and had everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step out onto the sand was just incredible. Jean, the host, was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and giving great recommendations for things to do in the area. The beach is absolutely gorgeous—quiet, beautiful water, and the perfect spot to relax. Honestly, it exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Placencia, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!
