The hosts were really accommodating and helpful. They would try to ensure that tenants are taken care of. The facility had ample parking space, and the place itself has many trekking options around! Actually the place is nice but the housekeeping is terrible.

Actually the place is nice but the housekeeping is terrible. We stayed for 3 nights and they never actually change our towels and the worst is they never clean the room although we had the sign that needs cleaning. We have to call their attention every night . Our vacations ruin everything whenever we come back to the hotel as we are disappointed of the situation.. We had a great day but it destroyed our aura as we return.. To the owner: Pls check your housekeeping .

BREATHTAKING. the lake is so beautiful and people were all so friendly. food and drinks were good too. we would stay longer next time so we can rent a boat for the day and take it all in even more. i can highly recommend hotel&restaurant Kaiserstuhl to book your stay or even get a refreshing drink and amazing local food made to perfection. you can drive around with your car, come by train or bus. there is so much to see, cute little village,water fall,lake,big church, camps and swissalp scenery
