The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They arranged pickup from the airport, which made everything very easy for us, and they also helped us get tickets for the parks we wanted to visit. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and both ladies at check in were very helpful and friendly. This place was way better than I expected, I was so shocked when I walked in. The bathrooms even smelled nice, the service was super thoughtful, and they gave us free little snacks when we checked in. The lady sat down with us to map out our whole travel plan and helped us get discounted tickets for every scenic spot. The bed sheets were spotless, my whole family was obsessed with this place. It’s super close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the local restaurants downstairs serve that’s cheap and so tasty. Can’t say enough good things.

Ideal location, comfortable room, and the staff offered a free shuttle to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also helped us arrange and book our trips, which made our holiday much less stressful. They were available on WeChat and always replied quickly whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and lovely stay. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely stay here again.
