The Concierge and Staff where amazing. Breakfast is with all different types from Japanese, Chinese and European extraordinary. The room was great and super comfortable. We enjoyed all the days the great hospitality of a great first class hotel....

The hotel is very good. The staff is attentive and friendly. The service manager whose name was Sophy was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean, comfy bed and pillow. The staffs are so nice and very helpful, we actually got scammed by a taxi from the airport and the staff helped us to chase after this case, and we finally got some money back from the driver. We were so appreciated and impressed both Chinese police and hotel staff for helping us on this matter. I surely will return to this hotel whenever I visit Qingdao.

So accessible, the apartment is literally attached to mixC mall which is very convenient. The reception is very helpful ( communicate via wechat if you need anything ). I would definitely stay again nextym

Clean and tidy and excellent food and service

Great location, lovely entrance and easy to get a taxi, 30 minutes at non-peak time to get to Qingdao station. Really early in the morning - it took only 16 minutes! Helpful staff, reception and waiters,- spoke English - lucky me! Spacious room with comfortable, big bed, good bathroom, room service menu mixture of Chinese and Western. I had a bit of both - tasty. A very pleasant stay.

Location was great, food in the hotel's restaurant was amazing, staff really friendly, they speak English which is a big plus for me since in a lot of places in China people don't speak English

Perfect Location, Great Corner Room

I’ve been traveling to Qingdao for business and have been staying at this hotel for the past four years. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good, and the metro station right underneath makes it convenient to reach any part of the city. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips.
