However, keep in mind that it's located 10 km away from Malaga, and the narrow and winding roads can be a bit challenging to drive on. If you're comfortable with this, then Cutar is an ideal place to unwind and recharge. It's recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the city. A lovely village with a wonderful bar (the only one!)

A lovely village with a wonderful bar (the only one!) and a great little shop. We were there to go walking and the trails were just great although there was no waymarking. An added bonus was the use of the public pool which is a new addition to the village.
