Get everything you need, and 5min walk you can find a supermarket which you basically get everything you need if you cook or not( they even get ready meal with just Micro wave). Location is great! 15 min you are in the airport; and you live and stay in a quiet area; of which, most other activities is just half hour away by car so you can enjoy during the day and back to where you stay to get nicely rested. And great view that when you just see outside the belcony as well. Surely will back again if we are back to Tererif! ( and great Wifi aswell if this is your biggest concern!)

The neighbourhood is generally quiet, but occasionally, loud noises from neighbours' refurbishing or machinery work start at 6 a.m., and we also heard dogs barking for long periods. Thankfully, the strong wind often helped drown out some of the noise, but it was still quite loud at times.

We visited in February and it was quiet.

We visited in February and it was quiet. Some days we were the only ones on the beach. There is a small shop so we travelled to the next village for the supermarket. There is also a small bar in the village. For more village amenities and tourist attractions a car would be needed. It is easily accessible via car from the airport (about 20 mins) and it is a lovely peaceful location. I would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy resorts, but you still want a location on the beach. From this area we were easily able to visit Tiede national park, the marinas of adeje and los christianos for boat trips to see whales and dolphins, the gorge near adeje and other local spots. A fab holiday area.

Go stay, Maria is a great host, the keys were easy to get from the key safe, the apartment is lovely, local shop near by , nice little restaurant within the village who make you feel really welcome and there's a nice little cafe/bar over the road . we found some lovely walks and the beach is just a few steps away, its just a lovely quiet place if you just want to chill

NB If, like me, you are a solo traveller arriving on foot, a little unnerved by the lack of update on Google earth since 2008, don't worry. Las Eras is the same as it was 16 years ago - a forlorn and woe-begotten, crumbling concrete building site they decided not to finish. However, the people in the supermarket, resto and hostel were very friendly and you get the same sun as Elon Musk. The walk from the bus stop on the autopista to the hostel is about 25 minutes at a canter.

Las Eras, located in southern Tenerife, is a hidden gem for those seeking tranquility and privacy. This charming small village features low-rise buildings and quaint villas. You'll find everything you need here: a grocery store open until evening, a cozy restaurant, a hairdresser, a beautician, and a sports field. The village is well-connected, just two minutes from the highway, yet completely free from traffic noise. The biggest treasure of Las Eras is its beach—a rocky shore with a breakwater, often almost empty, offering a sense of seclusion. It’s the perfect place to escape the crowds and enjoy the natural beauty of Tenerife. We can't wait to return, as the area offers fascinating landscapes that are a dream come true for a photographer like me.

Very quiet and relaxing

Very quiet and relaxing Very good location if you want to explore north and south of the island. Very easy to park your car. Needs more restaurants and cafes Very easy access to the motorway Takes only 30 minutes driving to busy touristic places if you’re after crowded places.
