Excellent customer service. We called the hotel and the driver arrived in only 10 minutes to pick us up. The room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist very helpful and attentive. The driver too was very kind with good knowledge of the English languge. Plus GREAT breakfast.

The lady at the front desk only spoke Spanish so we communicated the best we could but she went above and beyond to help with me with my needs and finding places to eat. I was there one night due to delayed bags in Madrid. I had to pick them up the next day then was heading to Portugal so this was a great price and close enough to the airport. Room was very clean and simple. I had my own shower in my room and I didn’t mind the shared bathroom to use the restroom— It was very clean as well. Love the Castilian decor.

The room, the privacy and how well I could rest.. The staff is exceptional.. It is not near to the center of madrid.. But public transport is very good in this city, you can take a bus and then use the metro, it takes about 45min to arrive.. The breakfast is good also..

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

Marta and Alex, the young couple who own the place, are super friendly and are a fountain of information. The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had an overnight in Madrid and didn't want to stray too far from the airport. The hotel offers free airport pickup and drop off to its guests. It's an easy (less than 20 Euros) Uber ride into Madrid which is what we did.

We were very pleased with my stay, even we stayed for a short time.The photos accurately reflect reality — everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hostel meets hotel-level standards, with careful attention to detail, from providing an extra toothbrush to offering fresh water. The hostel manager was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place

Everything, from the rustic charm of the facility to the human warmth of the hosts. Truly an experience of dwelling abroad in an authentic community. There is a saying that « the value of a community is revealed through the way it hosts visitors », well this hostel is a testimony to the value of the Paracuellos de Jarama community.

We are going to a wedding in the USA and needed to be at T4 quite early. For 10€ extra they took us in the hotel mini bus to the airport.. 8€ more each we had a really good breakfast. We will stay again next time we fly to the US.
