We were only there 1 night en route to Ronda and the pueblos blancas, but had a delicious meal with the back drop of the beach and sea and as the sun went down the sky lit up in oranges and red hues. Wonderful!

We found San Luis Sabinillas in close distance to Estepona and Marbella. They have a cute beach and nice little park for the children. It is always nice to see international visitors, and is great for all ages!

A small beach resort.
A small beach resort. Still a thriving town so good for all year travel. Flat promenade. Lots of restaurants. Funky bars with good cocktails. Good place for a massage too. The Thai place or the physio.

A smaller place like Sabinillas is a nice change as I usually stay in large cities. Have friends here and always enjoy coming back to see them and spend some time walking the lovely beach, which one can do for kilometres in each direction.
Also nicely located to visit other seaside towns like Estepona, or head up into the hills to see some of the white villages, medieval ruins, countryside restaurants, especially for weekend lunches.
Sabinillas is an easy 90 minutes from Malaga or Cadiz, less to Ronda or Gibraltar and only about 2.5 hours from Seville, so a nice base to explore Andalucia, especially if you have a car.

We had an awesome time at the small hotel! The stay was amazing, and the breakfasts were really great, especially the scrambled eggs. The pool was fantastic, and everything was well thought out. The views were beautiful, and there were so many nice details that were fun to look at. Everything was done with a lot of taste. Julie and Steve were really welcoming and pleasant. We'd definitely stay there again, but we might not be able to drive so far next time.

it’s a stones throw from everywhere. it had a normal size fridge which was amazing for cold beers. this is a hostel and not a hotel staff are lovely and your left alone. Awsome powerful shower 🤙🏼
