It is modern and well finished and matching! Although small it’s like a hotel! Owner was extremely helpful even helped us to park which we did just outside the property despite the festival only about 50m away! Travelled with my two teenage children

The views are incredible. The mountains are spectacular, really. You do need a car to get here because it's a little bit removed from the town. Everything was great. Great views, good beds, etc. The host was great and she made a reservation at a restaurant for us for dinner.

That was one of the best experiences during my trip in Spain. The hosts were amicable and caring. I absolutely loved my room and the view out of the window: mountains, horses, and a village. I had a very clean, spacious room, very fresh towels, and a comfortable bed. The hosts were very kind to provide me with a kettle on my request, to organize a taxi drive, and to provide me with water. I didn't speak Spanish and they didn't know English, but we got along very well. Very nice kind people indeed.

Super beautiful valley.

Super beautiful valley. I do wish I could have stayed longer and explored the town more and gone hiking. We stopped here mainly on our way between two places and it was convenient, but the views are spectacular.

The hosts who run this place are lovely people and they have clearly put a LOT of effort into the property itself but also all the little touches around the house. I was honestly blown away - it's the best place I've ever stayed in and I'd love to stay there again. * Comfy beds * Two PROPER double bedrooms (not one proper one and one shitty one) * Beautiful decor and furnishings * Great kitchen with a dishwasher - tabs provided * Fantastic shower * Has a bath * THE WOODBURNER in the living room - this is a top quality pellet-burner - automated when turned on, no smoke, no hassle * The hosts left us oranges from their orchard, and a bottle of wine * Balcony with great views * Balcony had table and chairs, and comfy loungers too * Living room and kitchen both open onto the balcony via huge glass doors * Nice TV * Dead quiet location - no problems with noise during the day nor when going to sleep * Fast WiFi It's hard to find fault but being a property in south Spain, like all properties there, the floor is cold during the winter - bring slippers or other footwear to wear around the house if this is a problem for you.

Valle de Abdalajis is a small town in the middle of a mountain range. Perfect starting point for some hiking-adventures. El Torcal is reachable in a 40 minutes car-journey and Antequerra in 30 minutes.
