Beautiful old hotel very close to the city center and the park. Fantastic gardens, owner and staff were beautiful and accommodating (in English even). The bed was comfortable, with nice antique furnishings. The bathroom had a tub (!) the terrace/balcony was lovely with a view of the mountains and the garden. The breakfast was delicious typical French breakfast on their personalized china (oh the stories they must have!). Would love to hear more stories from this hotel's past... There was a Fabulous restaurant right on the corner across the street, highly recommended, be sure to stop by or call for a reservation. We were there the weekend of a mountain dog show in the park which was so interesting (we missed our dogs so this was fun). There were guys at a meeting in town singing one night while we were walking around after dinner which was kind of fun to track them down and see them singing. The tourism office is up the street if you need info on what to do in the area. One day we went all the way to the Cirque de Gavarnie for a long hike and I was really happy for the bath tub soak that night. This hotel is a great spot as a base for adventuring in the area.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They just couldn’t do enough for us. They were extremely accommodating giving us anything that we asked for and then some. The location couldn’t have been better and the restaurant underneath the hotel was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing mountain view from our top floor window, and we loved the decor, especially the timber fan! Everything was clean and comfortable, zip together double bed had good mattresses. Dinner was excellent, and staff brilliant as hotel was busy.

Staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! The town and environs are charming. Ask for a room with Mountain View. It’s gorgeous. The shower doors even close all the way, which is hard to find in many places, so the bathroom floor stayed dry.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. It started with a warm welcome and a swim after a long drive which was greatly appreciated. Then we ate a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Again, very friendly and accommodating staff and great logistics. We had a great night in comfy beds and were only 25 minutes away from the ski slopes. A great stay, we plan on coming back!

The hosts were really great. Sophie gave us great advice for hikes in the area and Reggie provided all of our meals which were really satisfying and tasty. An overall fabulous experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay and the room was recently renovated, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, with very close walking distance to the center, grotte, train station, and hikes to the Pic du Jer and Béout. The breakfast buffet was very complete and had everything that we could want to start the day. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my travels. The place was exceptionally clean, which made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities—great for someone on the go like me. As a peregrinator, I appreciated that luxury wasn't necessary; this hotel offered everything I needed for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for quality without the frills!

The room was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. They were able to store my refrigerated medicine for me. It was walking distance to the grotto as well as the center of town. I like that it was smaller and quiet

Nice little historical hotel in an adorable mountain village! Very good location! Right in the middle of this fantastic little, historical place! Parking was pretty good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was FANTASTIC, AMAZING, WONDERFUL!! Should be a Michelin 1 star, at least. I love bread and they never let my bread plate go empty. Attentive dinner staff. Comfortable beds.

After another hotel canceled my reservation, I quickly booked with the Hotel des Rosiers, and I am so happy I did. I stayed during military pilgrimage weekend, and it was crazy. There were soldiers everywhere and the streets were packed. I felt like I was at Mardi Gras. The owner of the hotel switched my room to the back of the hotel so I could get a good night's sleep. He was really nice, and I felt like he was constantly looking after his guest making sure their needs were taken care of. The hotel itself was in a great location and in walking distance to the church and center of town. It also had a beautiful view of the mountains and the river running through town. I was only in Lourdes for one day, but after my enjoyable experience, I wish I would have stayed longer.
