Had a 7 night stay here for some R&R and visiting in-laws that live close by. Was the perfect bolt hole, great accommodation, very well finished and equipped, with views to die for across the bay! Great TV and nice comfy sofa which was a big tick for me, shower was powerful and hot, again big tick, comfy bed tick! Very friendly host, met us on arrival and communication was easy!

A fabulous small resort. Perfect for people who are NOT seeking "facilities" and to be entertained as they know a good safe beach offers all that they need. That said the village is well provided for with The Ship Inn, other cafes and restaurants and a well stocked village shop.

Aberporth is a beautiful area, with two beaches which one is dog friendly. The eating area is mostly dog friendly. There are quite a few hills etc, so I needed to use the car to get near the beach 🏖️ etc Lovely beach for families who enjoy water sports which you could hire kayak and bodyboards

It's a small, quiet seaside village and, just before the school holidays was fairly quiet. Had the absolute essentials, nice pub/restaurant, chip shop/ice cream parlour, convenience store and chemist. It's a convenient base from which to explore Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay and Cardigan.

Aberporth is a great location for walking.

Aberporth is a great location for walking. The coastal path to Tresaith has an accessible path to the top above Tresaith. A great bonus for a member of our party who uses a mobility scooter. There are a number of options available for eating. The Ship Inn offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The choices are varied and everything we tried were very tasty. The chip shop takeaway has a vast array of choices including popcorn cockles. There are two great cafes as well as an Indian and a Chinese Restaurant/ Takeaway. A shop with an off license and a Chemist. The T5 bus runs every hour through the summer months and runs from Carmarthen to Aberystwyth 🔛. Or the opposite way.

This is a fabulous hotel- the location is superb and the interior is really lovely. Rooms were very restful and clean - common areas were really lovely - classic but very comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. The WiFi was not great and the standard of the breakfast was variable- but these are very minor points - the hotel was great and was truly excellent value for money.

We normally visit Aberporth regularly during our West Wales stays and thought we'd stay in Aberporth this year. We booked Glyncoch for 12 nights and what a find. A Lovely little cottage offering all comforts of home a short walk from the beach. Quiet location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, parking for 2 cars. A great little find and already booked again for next year.
