Immaculate place to stay and very home from home. As good as anywhere I've stayed. The attention to detail of the decor is lovely and the facilities are second to none. We bought shopping for our stay but we needn't as everything was provided. First class accommodation.

We really liked the apartment and it worked perfectly for us for our trip up to a wedding nearby. Everything was very easy on the booking.. Good and prompt communication from Damian. Helpful advise on parking etc. Lovely bedlinen, furnishings etc.

Pods we're very nice good size room, Got everthing you need to keep you happy , We had a tent in the next camp site but due to high winds and rain like neva seen before we booked the pod at 8 the Friday and it was ready by half past, brilliant member of staff she a life saver deffo book again

Lovely stay in the cottage with river views. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, bathroom shower was lovely and had a washer/dryer. The cottage was spotless and completed in high quality finishes.

The whole house area and hosts are amazing.

The whole house area and hosts are amazing. We had such a lonely time with our girls for a long weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house has everything you need, warm,cosy and homely. We really loved our stay and we will definitely be back soon.

Lovely clean laid back village very friendly people great fish & chips "haggis" deep fried mars bar! Plenty of cafes "our place" has a unique vibe attentive staff lovely food & drinks floral selfie wall spotless toilets. Large Tesco on the way into Annan Westlands has various shooting bookable, a modern restaurant serving beautiful food we had our wedding breakfast meal for 4 here family & dog friendly. Accommodation available to book too Devils Porridge Museum is well worth a covering the 2 world wars Cafe too Moffat, Caverlock Castle

Restaurants shut early.

Restaurants shut early. We had long drive by 7pm only angliars open great food there. Things close to do with the grandchildren. Quater cake cafe excellent for food, friendliness, clean, good value. Enjoyed our stay close convenience store for bits you forgot. Aldi walkable.

Annan is a decent town with some nice bars and restaurants...

Annan is a decent town with some nice bars and restaurants in the centre. It is well located for exploring Dumfries and Galloway and is only a couple of minutes off the main A75 trunk road. Friendly locals and some good shops plus a lovely river area.

Not much to do there although there is a little culture, lovely little town and if driving there are other towns in driving distance. Plenty of shops to go and have a look around in. The river is a small walk from the town which is lovely for a stroll along.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They even did a small load of washing for us. Every staff member was lovely. The venue has several lounge areas and a quiet bar. The meals were great and we worked through the menu over 3 nights. The pan seared duck breast was superb.
