The place was very clean and seemed pretty new. It appears to have had a recent do over- a DIY job but this place looked the part. 10/10 for appearance. Bathroom was very clean. There was a first aid box which is a nice touch. Entry was easy as was parking. The area was quiet, a little noise from neighbours talking but nothing too bad and very quiet at night. I also felt safe there.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are lovely very efficient and friendly. If you want a break to relax and recharge your batteries this is the place to be. The food is amazing we had an evening meal and breakfast. The lady on reception was so nice. Booking. Com had mixed our booking up and gave us the wrong room but she quickly rectified this error. The round copper bath is the icing on the cake. I will look forward to our next stay as we will definitely be returning maybe in the summer to explore the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stunning grounds and entrance. Clean and modern. Lovely restaurant with nice staff. Ease of access. Hotel staff were so accommodating- Susan and Alex really made it such a a wonderful experience. The highlight was the night porter who ran all sorts of errands for us in the morning. He was a legend but we didn’t get his name!
