The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you could need (hair dryer, kettle for tea, tea, coffee, and water); iron and ironing board available on request. The room was cozy, I had a table and desk in the room, and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful cottage right in the centre of the village with everything we needed. Great Ayton is a lovely village with fantastic amenities. The cottage was lovely and we loved staying there. Will definitely visit again.

Melody and Graeme run a charming, rustic farm house B&B with all the modern amenities. Our room had a living room area with TV, a large bedroom and large bathroom with shower. (The bathroom included a bathroom magnifying mirror which is important for those of us with poorer eyesight!. ) We arrived just before Storm Babet hit and we unfortunately lost local power overnight until mid-morning. Melody and Graeme did their upmost to ensure we were comfortable and still delivered hot water for the shower and their wonderful English breakfast under circumstances out of their control. Well there isn't anything at all to not like.... Such a charming quirky well thought out and loved little cottage 🥰 Very thoughtful welcome hamper and loved the Christmas tree and calender. The quality of products were spot on, makes a huge impact.
