Handy for the airport and an early flight.

Handy for the airport and an early flight. A bit shabby and would really prefer tea-making facilities in the room - especially in the middle of the night. It is not the same thing to got and buy a drink downstairs and then take it back to the room

Stayed two nights at the Moxy Hotel as was exhibiting at the NEC along with some colleagues. Ate at the Vietnamese Street food restaurant in Resorts World both nights, such a very convenient location as the hotel was just a short walk away alongside the lake and its superb water jet fountain! Nice quiet area.

Location was perfect for BP pulse and resorts world. The hotel is clean and fresh, facilities all open and working ie pool, jacuzzi, sauna, lifts, restaurants.staff friendly but not it your face. The room was cosy, beds comfy, tea, coffee and water provided

The place was very clean, modern and bright and the taxi offering was excellent where you could order your own taxi and the taxi came within a few minutes. The taxi drivers were very friendly and professional too.

Excellent Location next to the BP pulse stadium in Birmingham , this hotel is on a slightly higher price range for breakfast buffet , but was definitely worth the extra as food and drinks were plentiful, the staff very attentive too , the rooms were cosy , very clean and up to expectations.

Asked for a credit card on arrival for damages never mentioned that on the many emails they send you. Room 123 shower smelt of raw sewage and water trickles out of the shower. Roadworks outside during the night notice hotel don't tell you about these untill you arrive and could of told you on the many emails they send you. When you challenge them about it not there not responsible Birmingham airport are. Management never come back to you about your complaint and no one knows anything about it and very rude front desk staff.

Newest of Birmingham Airport hotel and so the smartest and best fitted out of those available. But as is typical of a Airport Hotel just a short walk from the terminal not great value for money and only worth it if you value being close to the airport terminal. I also got a room upgrade so I did have a very nice room with plenty of space. Breakfast was very nice when it came.

Easy 5 minute walk which was well sign posted from NEC and Birmingham International Train Station, and Airport. Hotel and rooms were clean with large comfy bed. Updated Bathrooms. Good wifi. Great for overnight stay if using NEC/Airport. I didn't eat in the restaurant or have breakfast as my flight left early.

The hotel is large and in a great location right next to the NEC and a short taxi ride away from Birmingham Airport. The staff were excellent and friendly and the breakfast was particularly good, great variety and the hot options were tasty.
