Main reason for trip was to visit family. However, good pubs there, especially Microbrewery, and good shops including Waitrose, also cafes, including Human Kind cafe which especially welcomes families with small children as large indoor play area in cafe for small children, where families can sit nearby and enjoy coffee etc. Good variety of small shops too, and country parks in the vicinity.
