I like everything about the Inn, it's the second time I have been there, and I'm looking forward to come back!

Breakfast was self-serve buffet style but specific orders (eg porridge) were made-to-order. Service was quiet and efficient but we went very early. No complaints.

Wonderful, non intrusive reception area. Very helpful reception person who helped take some bags up stairs. Absolutely loved the grounds in front of the building and the dining and lounge rooms. Having the exit time being 11am. Being provided good internet connections to allow me to chair a Zoom meeting in Adelaide - based in my bedroom in the Mercure .

We loved the location, the ambiance, the beauty, the peacefulness of the location, the heated toilets. The heated toilet might have been my favorite part.

Perfect place to stay very quiet

It was perfect, we stayed for three nights as a honey/baby moon treat and we never wanted to leave. The SPA, the restaurant/bar and the grounds were all fantastic. The staff was also extra lovely, they welcomed us and made us feel special. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean and great location

Beautiful property- I loved the sitting in the lounge with the fires going. I had an issue with my cell phone not working and the staff helped me sort out an urgent issue - above and beyond the call of duty!

Just a really nice place to be

We had the king size room with a tub and we loved it. The bathroom was big and warm. We loved having a kettle and tea things as well as a fridge. The breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of room.

We liked everything about this hotel including the rooms, bathrooms, breakfast and the front staff and everything was amazing. The bathroom shower was really great with full speed and great hot water and liked it very much The rooms are very spacious and all facilities are available

Beautiful, individually decorated and spacious suite, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, beautiful property. Pleasant stay at the spa.

Stylish rooms, friendly staff, very clean and delicious breakfast

We loved having granola with our yogurt. Microwave and well equipped kitchenette made it feel homey. Milk in the refrigerator was wonderful for our tea, too. Lovely garden view over the promenade. Room included everything you needed and was decorated nicely.
