The moment we step in the property to the moment we leave it’s was like home away from home. People at this facility are so nice. I meet Mr Ludek he was serving my drink in evening very nice person. Breakfast and dinner I meet with entire staff and they all were excellent Mr Tom young man with positive energy. He forgot my English mustard or French mustard to bring on my table. But I still appreciate his energy saying it would have ruin my steak if I would have gave you the mustard. He is awesome. Ms Marylin gave me phone charger to charge my phone. This property not only have good location but crew is making this place on top experience. Can’t wait to be back in Woolacombe. And in addition must stop at the teal farmer market on your way from London to woolacombie.

What Guests Said About Bittadon:

The campsite at Bittadon was very large, had great...

The campsite at Bittadon was very large, had great facilities and was close to being a self contained village. It had its own farm shop, chip shop, swimming pool, bar and restaurant. There were also lots of different types of accommodation available, from tents and caravans, to camping pods and static holiday homes, all set in lush green pastures and woodlands - super for dog walks. Very close to Bittadon is the superbly preserved National Trust property, Arlington Court, where you can wander round the house, extensive gardens, or take a look in the unique Carriage museum - a particular favourite of mine. Also, worth noting, that if like me, mobility is an issue, there are a couple of mobility scooters available for use, to help you get around. Booking arrangements for these can be found on the website. Coming from a large town it took me a short while to get used to the single lane, winding, hilly roads and there is limited lighting on some, so you do need to plan your road trips with care. Location-wise Bittadon is just a short distance from Barnstaple, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Lynton, plus many other North Devon favourites. Any drive will take you either through Exmoor or close to it.
