It's a great location, the staff were wonderful, the wi-fi worked a treat, and the room was clean.

The location is great, right next to the train station and DLR. Checking in is easy and unproblematic. 24 hour reception is great! We could also leave our luggage on the day or departure.

Nice atmosphere , well connected. We even had cream and conditioner in the bathroom.

Parking was SUPER easy, transport was super close, staff was friendly & efficient and cute to boot!

We loved the cocoons! Easy self check in. We flew in late (checking in around 10pm) and there were no issues! Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a cocoon for 2 and a cocoon for 4 and had so much fun with them! We wished we had stayed here for our entire trip!

I had to do a very late check in and they were very accommodating.

Always a great place to stay just outside central London.

Amazing great location and very clean

The hotel was in a fabulous area with great access to the 02 arena. It was very warm when we got there so we were also given a fan .... Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and our weekend in London was amazing

Really freindly staff all round always smiling. The hotel was very tastefully decorated with some really nice christmas decorations. Increadably chilled out bar with a good choice of food. Room was just right and a perfect super comfy mattress (big bug bear of mine when hotels cut corners) Well equipted gym too which is a bonus. Would not hesitate to stay there again ! Thank you

The room was clean and the showers were warm. The pub downstairs was a great place to eat and talk. The location was great.

Loved how the staff went beyond and arranged great decorations for our stay for valentines! The staff were amazing for that so a huge thank you for making our stay so special! Also the lady at the pancake section in the morning of 16th of Feb she was so lovely! Great attitude and so welcoming!

Everything was great, the location of the hotel it’s very good, very near subway station, good restaurants, groceries stores.

The whole experience plus access and proximity to the O2 arena is fantastic.

The staff is absurdly respectful and dedicated to your best experience. The environment mixes luxury with simplicity and modernity in a way that I haven’t experienced in many places, and I have been in many hotels.

Room was nice and clean. The air conditioning worked well. Location was perfect. Pub below was wonderful and always busy with fun people.

Everything was clean and fresh. Check-in was easy, and we were allowed to check in an hour early, which was much appreciated since we just had an hour and a half ride from Heathrow and just got off a 10 plus hour flight from Los Angeles. Room was clean and spacious enough my for daughter and me.

The inn is well located in the main area of Greenwich. The hotel and pub are cute and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly nice.

Every staff member was helpful, kind and welcoming. It was a great location to get to the O2 and the breakfast was good. We had a slight hiccup with being locked out of our room when we got back but the staff had the issue fixed within a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
