What a lovely gem to stay in. My room was very comfortable, and I really appreciated having access to a kitchen and dining area for shared use. The location was superb- right in the center of everything and an easy walk. The staff were great and very responsible when I had an issue with temperature in my room. I would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is great, close to Alnwick castle, there are plenty free public parkings behind the hotel including no-disc parking which is must-have for guests of the town. The restaurant's interior design is amazing, it allows you to feel Titanic's passenger, without any catastrophical consequences :)

We really loved our stay at the Queens Head in Alnwick. The staff were wonderful and seemed really happy to have us there, we were very welcomed. The Rooms were recently refurbished and very spacious. Convenient on-site parking and a great Bar downstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel right next door to Alnwick Castle. Staff so amazing and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable beds, well supplied bathrooms. A great stay in Alnwick, a beautiful gem in the north!

Words really fail me to explain how special this property was. The attention to every single detail was exquisite. I’m a professional organizer. My business is details. I’ve never seen anything like this. Everything - even the lights on the floor that automatically come on when you walk into the bathroom - was planned perfectly when this former convent was remodeled to make a sacred space for all its guests. There was even framed sheet music in the halls to, I assume, pay homage to the beautiful music that must’ve once graced the hallways. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was like something out of a Veranda magazine spread. The breakfast was delicious. At every turn in the hotel and the room itself, we were met with a delightful and unexpected experience. Who puts this much thought into a public space? The Cookie Jar does. You made our once-in-a-lifetime trip unforgettable.

Loved the location .The place felt cosy and as a lone traveler I felt very safe . The staff were awesome and my dog got sausages every morning . I will be back soon
