This was a cozy tiny home! Conveniently located walking distance to all dining and shops in the area. The cabin itself was quite small for we larger bodied souls, but we made do. The water pressure was the best we’ve had on our trip!

BRAEMAR was busy when we arrived mid afternoon,

BRAEMAR was busy when we arrived mid afternoon, Having driven from Dumfries. The object of Dumfries was Dumfries house. Turnbury golf club Culzean Castle & Dunure. In BRAEMAR The Fife hotel could not fit us in the accommodation when I previously tried to book , neither could they fit us into the restaurant for Evening meal. We could only find one restaurant to accommodate us for dinner so we ate there both nights. It was fairly good. We went to Crathie Kirk Balmoral. Balleter. Braemar castle. Mission Accomplished ! All very enjoyable .Scotland gave us excellent hospitality!

The property was perfect for us. It had great facilities. We were able to cook a meal, use the dishwasher and go for walks, long and short. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was central and overall we had a great time in Braemar. Thanks in no small part to the accommodation.

Braemar is ideally situated for its many outdoor pursuits in stunning scenery which is often the draw of the area. That along with it's Royal connections which are hard to miss! The village itself is small with a Highland feel and home to many beautiful and historic buildings. The shops and pubs in the village are more than adequate for a short stay and this is a great place to base yourself if working or just exploring the area. This is certainly the quieter twin of the nearby and just as nice Ballater.

The location is central and walkable to the town facilities. Braemar is quite small but with interesting shops and facilities. Nearby Balmoral Castle is a good trip but the highlight was Ballater which was a lovely Highland town.

Wonderful setting. Excellent walks. Lovely to see the regeneration of Glen Quoich. Morrone was a challenge for two pensioners rising eighty but we made it ! Excellent food in MacPherson's. Nice coffee at The Bothy.

The helpfulness of the staff/owner. The lodge is very cosy, and has everything you need. There are very thoughtful touches, like the heating was on when we arrived, there's tea coffee etc. The overall location is great, as it's situated in beautiful Braemar, and only a short drive to Glenshee ski centre.

Had a wonderful couple nights at the guesthouse. Sarah was a great host, lively and chatty. Room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Views were top notch as well. Breakfast was brilliant, perfect fuel for the day! Would recommend anyone visiting to Braemar to stay here!

The property is well equipped with everything I needed. It was clean and well presented. It is positioned right in the middle of Braemar with its own parking spot. I loved the little area to sit outside. The owner communicated quickly and the cost was very reasonable
