Amazing stay. Breakfast. Ale. Cider. Dinner. Location. Staff. Parking. Prices. All of it places this stay as one of the best we've ever had in our 4 trip to England. Cam and Cal were great welcoming staff.

Such a comfortable welcoming room. So peaceful.

Breakfast, dinner, room, and the bar were absolutely wonderful! the staff were friendly and eager to serve, i really appreciated that. the rooms were neat, clean, and spacious enough for all our luggage. the beds were like sleeping on clouds

Comfortable bed, which was a true King size 6ft wide. Great pub with good food and service. Room was bigger than expected and clean. We thought this place was surprisingly good and great value too

I was thinking for the price it could only be awfull. Totally wrong. Nice staff. Nice enough room. Lovely well presented breakfast. Friendly breakfast staff. Free parking. Nothing negative to say. It's not raffles but it's also not trying to be raffles. Excellent value hotel

The room was clean, well-equipped and cosy. Staffs were friendly and supportive, the food was really delicious.

I did already fill in a questionnaire about this visit several weeks back (planning for my mother'ss funeral service in the church next door for which I then stayed 19-21 Feb) and had a reply from the manager so not sure why being asked again?
