the staff were lovely, very helpful and informative, even gave us a tour and some tips for places to walk. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room was well presented. Enjoyed the free WiFi and TV in the room and the food was excellent!

Very welcoming hotel in a great location just minutes from the beach. Room was spotless bad bed very comfy. All staff were friendly which is one of the reasons I extended my stay. Will return 100%

Very new room, everything is spotless clean, good size room for an adult and 2 teenagers, excellent size bathroom looks like the hotel is built really recently as everything is up to brand new standards. I usually not keen on self accommodation type of stay but I was amazed how easy everything was. If you arrive too early before checking in there are lockers to put your rucksacks or small suitcase in safely. Very close to Bournemouth beach and pier about 5 minutes walk. Also quiet area no disturbance at any time, we stayed in April.

Despite some not very positive reviews, I found my stay was very pleasant, clean room, nice bathroom, a good lock on the door, friendly staff.

the garden view suite had so much space and bonus for the settee area where we could lounge around.... The hot tub was well used (as it was my daughters birthday weekend and her and her sister thoroughly enjoyed the fact that they could pamper themselves).

Liked · Everything was great! Bed comfortable. Wonderful meals in restaurant. Great vegan options, amazing vegan raspberry cheesecake. Staff very helpful and friendly. We felt relaxed and comfortable. Great location. Can walk to beach and town.

Everything was perfect. Value location facilities room staff breakfast and swimming pool. A very friendly Bournemouth hotel that I will certainly book again.

Beautiful rooms. Comfy, roomy, and well decorated. The host was wonderful.

The room was very clean, great section for tea/coffee with biscuits. Bathroom was clean, the liquid soap and shower gel was lovely. I got a room with a balcony and sea view, had some chairs outside which were nice. Very closed off and safe as i had my toddler with me. Me and my toddler really enjoyed the swimming pool (even though water was a little cold!), it was a very clean quiet area, just me and my son in the pool in the morning, and changing rooms had everything. Towels were supplied. Felt very safe in my room and the swimming area had a code so nice and closed off. Reception staff were so kind from the moment I got there to the moment I left, even playing peek-a-boo and making my son laugh😊 Room service was great and very quick. Breakfast had a big selection and was hot and fresh, the restaurant staff were lovely and even offered to help me dish up food as I had my son on my hip. Overall I had such a lovely time, thank you for having us and making us feel welcome!

Rooms are fully updated, beautifully appointed, plenty of shampoo, towels, tea fixings. This lodge is part of BW Connaught. The restaurant and spa are across the courtyard. Spa is wonderful! Minutes from beach, easy access to town, ample parking.

Great accommodation. It was a beautiful location and a beautiful property with a lovely, well kept garden. The rooms were clean and the shower facilities were great- much better than some of the hotels on the seafront. It's only a short walk to the West Cliff and not far from the town. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get to. Our host was so friendly and very helpful. Free parking in a good sized car park too which was a plus as our previous hotel cost us £20 per day which seems to be the average for Bournemouth. I can't rate this gem of a place enough! I'll definitely stay again when I'm next in Bournemouth!

The staff and the owners are really nice, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Very nice details that made our stay wonderful. They were very nice to our very curious and active toddler.

Location was good staff wear nice and bed comfortable and no bed bugs. could of done with a blanket since it was hot night.
