This is the best location and dwelling across the board I have ever stayed in and we've travelled for many years. The sun drenched decking. The fire pit for steak and sausages. Comfortable bed, very clean, like a luxury log cabin. TV. Fridge. Microwave. Hob. We're coming back very soon! Absolutely adored this stay. Really special.

Room very well equipped, very good towels, shower gel and soap, excellent bath!! plenty of hot water. Bed very comfy. Food very, very good, had dins the evening I arrived followed by a great breakfast the next morning, food cooked fresh on ordering. Will be returning in the spring.

Set amid the shops on Alton's main street "Not to be confused with Alton (the home of Alton Towers) in the Midlands" the Swan Hotel is a historical building that dates back to 1377.

All of the staff that we encountered were absolutely delightful & very efficient. Having our dog with with us, the French doors straight outside made life so much easier.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Room was lovely and it was a a little noisy on a Saturday as it was above a bar. Overall, an excellent experience management and staff were amazing and very helpful.
