It is not very often that the place is actually better that the images show. We loved this great place! Just no in-house diner in Sunday evening, but the Howard’s Inn next village is highly recommends too!

Location was great! Perfect place to tour the Cotswolds. Smartly decorated, like-new furniture, VERY comfortable beds and pillows, shower worked great, well-appointed kitchen and the place was immaculate. Very nice rose garden as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage with our family. The place felt incredibly cosy and welcoming, a perfect home away from home. The host was accommodating, hospitable, kind and attentive, which made our visit even more memorable. The location couldn’t have been better, conveniently close to everything in Chipping Campden yet peaceful and charming. We loved every moment and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Honestly so underrated - we have stayed in a few places in the Cotswolds and Chipping Campden has been our favourite yet. So many gorgeous shops and places to eat plus the surrounding countryside walks plus its much quieter than places like Bourton on the water but just as lovely

We visit Chipping Campden every year , and enjoy our time there immensely. Lovely walks across the fields to Broad Campden. Lovely cafés, and shops. We always eat at Da luigi Bistro . A lovely Italian restaurant on the high street.

Great village in a superb area.

Great village in a superb area. There are lots of interesting visits to be made in the area. Too many to list here but not difficult to find out about. There are gardens and National Trust houses. The villages have some super independent shops with all sorts of attractive goods for sale.

The Lodge was all that my husband and I needed.

The Lodge was all that my husband and I needed. We found the hosts very engaging, it was in the Cotswalds so easy to access. We could have stayed longer, however our schedule did not allow us that luxury.

Chipping Campden is the quintessential Cotswolds village. A few very nice pubs and a good selection of shops to browse through. The outlying area is amongst the most beautiful cottages to be found in the region.

Chipping Campden is a delightful and charming village with a fair number of lodgings, shops and restaurants. Be aware that lodgings with a "Chipping Campden" address may be outlying rural villages which are many miles from this lovely town. All are charming, but some are short on tourist friendly amenities.

We booked a dog friendly room for £30. It was brilliant. Ground floor with doors which opened on private patio so no trooping through the hotel overnight. Hotel also provided dog bowl towel and treats. We had to eat meals in bar but lovely food and very friendly staff.
