Just a great location, freindly and helpful owner and staff, great food - best fish pie of the trip. Just great. The climb up the hill from Portwrinkle was a bit of a challenge but worth it.

We recently stayed at the China Fleet Club for five nights with our family in a two-bedroom flat, and it was absolutely brilliant. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were of outstanding quality. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was impressively equipped with everything we needed—truly second to none. The location was perfect: peaceful, away from the town, yet easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The swimming pool was a highlight for our family, especially for our 8-year-old son, who enjoyed it every single night. My husband and I spent a couple of relaxing hours in the aqua spa, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. All the essentials like shower gel, towels, and cold water were readily available, making it very convenient. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend China Fleet Club for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway.

Fabulous location and staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very cosy with a beautiful view across to Plymouth. The little welcome doggy basket was a lovely touch.

The lodge was very spacious, clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We also had a delicious Sunday roast at the restaurant. The site was very beautiful, with lots of friendly peacocks, a lovely valley with a small pond and paths you can walk on. There are activities for families with children. The host is very nice and friendly. We absolutely loved it. It's amazing to wake up in the morning with a beautiful peacock at your room's door.

Really nice property close to some beautiful beaches and...

Really nice property close to some beautiful beaches and walks. Lovely village location with useful village shop that has most things you might need for emergencies. Really lovely pub called Finnygook Inn and Silas cove bar which is a cliff side beach bar with stunning views. Great base for visiting local area including Looe and Polperro. Property was lovely and clean, the only thing I can think of that would have been useful was if towels were available, we were told before to take our own which isn’t a problem but we were a bit short on space so would of been a great space saver for us. We all had a lovely time and will definitely book again if going back to Cornwall.

Easy access to both Portwrinkle , Seaton and other nearby beaches. Easy to get to , if roads a bit narrow in places but this is Cornwall after all 😎The Finnygook Inn is a lovely place to stay , eat and have a good time.

Excellent staff , friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for you. View from our room was great and the room itself was clean and fresh. Great bed , super nights sleep. Food was awesome too.

Having found this “little gem” we were very pleasantly...

Having found this “little gem” we were very pleasantly surprised. We only had an overnight break with our golden retriever as the weather forecast was good. Our room was large, exceedingly clean with an amazing view. The food first class not traditional pub grub but a la carte. Scallops and Cornish lobster ! Would highly recommend. The owners and staff were welcoming.
